Day 1

Arrival and Opening Activities

  • 4:00 PM – Arrival & Check-In
    Arrive at venue, settle into the beautiful surroundings, and get ready for an inspiring weekend ahead.

  • 5:00 PM – Meet n Greet Orientation
    Gather for a casual orientation to meet fellow attendees and get familiar with the weekend schedule and spaces on the property.

  • 6:00 PM – Dinner
    Enjoy a wholesome, welcoming meal to kick off the weekend.

  • 8:00 PM – Intention Setting Circle
    Gather around to set personal intentions for the retreat, share reflections, and start the journey with a sense of purpose and connection.

Day 2

Full-Day Retreat Activities

  • 8:00 AM - 8:45 AM – Breakfast
    Begin your day with a nourishing breakfast to fuel you for the day’s experiences.

  • 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM – Relaxing Yoga (led by Kim)
    A calming yoga session to ease into the day, focusing on grounding and opening to the retreat experience.

  • 10:15 AM - 11:15 AM – Abstract Art Workshop (led by Haley)
    Explore your creativity with an intuitive art session designed to help you uncover inner insights and express yourself freely.

  • 11:30 AM - 12:15 PM – Journaling Time
    Reflect on your morning’s experiences with guided journaling prompts, allowing space for personal exploration.

  • 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM – Catered Lunch
    Relax and enjoy a delicious meal, connecting with others and taking in the peaceful garden setting.

  • 1:45 PM - 3:15 PM – Self-Love Talk & Journaling Exercise (led by Renee)
    Engage in an empowering self-love session followed by a journaling exercise to deepen your reflections on self-care and personal growth.

  • 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM – 1:1 Coaching Opportunity / Free Reflection Time
    Option for a one-on-one coaching session with Wellness Experts, or spend this time in quiet reflection, walking through the gardens/grounds or finding a peaceful spot for solitude.

  • 4:45 PM - 5:45 PM – Dinner
    Enjoy a delicious meal to wind down from the day’s activities and prepare for the evening’s relaxation.

  • 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM – Gentle Yoga & Guided Meditation (led by Kim)
    Relax and unwind with a gentle yoga session followed by a calming guided meditation to bring you into a peaceful, reflective state.

  • 7:15 PM – Stargazing & S’mores
    After sunset, gather around the firepit for stargazing and s’mores, enjoying deep conversations and quiet moments under the stars.

Day 3

Closing Activities

  • 6:30 AM - 7:30 AM – Sunrise Yoga & Sound Bath
    Greet the morning with a gentle yoga practice and sound bath to align your mind, body, and spirit for a beautiful, centered start to the day.

  • 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM – Breakfast
    Enjoy a relaxed breakfast, reflecting on the retreat experiences and connecting with the group one last time.

  • 9:15 AM - 10:15 AM – Calling-Out Intentions Ceremony
    Share your renewed intentions and insights with the group, anchoring the experiences and growth from the weekend.

  • 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM – Closing Circle
    Wrap up the retreat with a final circle, sharing reflections, farewells, and well-wishes as you prepare to re-enter your daily life, empowered and refreshed.
